How to use it

1. Determine the budget of ejecución material (PEM) of the project, base to the cálculo of fees
2. Select the rate of permit: comunicación previa (obras menores), project lesser, project greater, or permit of actividad
3. Apply the rate impositivo municipal over the PEM (between 0.5% and 5% según the municipality and the rate of project)
4. Add the ICIO (Impuesto over Construcciones, Instalacion is and Obras): 4% of the PEM as rate estatal estándar
5. Verify the rate mínima municipal: each town hall establish a mínimo (150-500 € según rate of permit)
6. Añade fees additional: ocupación of vía pública, contenedores, grúas, vados temporales

Common mistakes
