How the difference is calculated

The calculator computes:

• Total days: exact number of days between the two dates.
• Weeks: total days divided by 7.
• Months and years: breakdown into years, months and remaining days.

Example 2: business days

Problem: Project from March 1 to May 31, 2025. How many business days?

1. Total days:
   • 92 days (March 31 + April 30 + May 31).
2. Business days (approximate):
   • 92 − weekends ≈ 66 business days.
