How to use it

1. Calculate consumption per m²: 15mm × 1.5 kg/m²/mm = 22.5 kg/m²
2. Calculate total without waste: 50m² × 22.5 kg/m² = 1125 kg
3. Apply waste 10%: 1125 kg × 1.10 = 1237.5 kg
4. Calculate bags: 1237.5 kg ÷ 25 kg/bag = 49.5 → 50 bags

Common mistakes

• ⚠️ Not preparing the surface properly (cleaning, dampening)
• ⚠️ Applying excessive thickness in a single coat (may detach)
• ⚠️ Not accounting for waste from rebound in mechanical projection

Worked example

Calculate sprayed plaster for 50m² of wall with 15mm thickness.
