How to use it

1. Estimate the volume of rubble: measure m² of demolición × thickness medium (típicamente 0.10-0.15 m³ per m² demolido)
2. Select the tamañor of contenedor: 7 m³ to renovations pequeñas, 12 m³ to renovations medias, 20 m³ to project new
3. Calculate the días of rental required según the pace of generación of rubble
4. Multiply días of rental × price daily of the contenedor (5-12 €/día según zone and tamañor)
5. Añade the cost of transporte (delivery + recogida): 80-150 € según distance to the vertedero authorized
6. Add the gestión of waste RCD: 10-20 €/m³ según planta of tratamiento (mandatory per law)

Common mistakes

• ⚠️ Alquilar a contenedor too much pequeñor and pay double transporte per need uno additional
• ⚠️ Not verifying that the empresa gestora tiene autorización to waste of construcción (RCD)
• ⚠️ Forget that depositar rubble without contenedor in vía pública conlleva multas of to 3000 €
