How to use it

1. Measure the length of façade a cover and the height máxima necessary of work
2. Calculate the m² of andamio: length × height (area of façade a cover)
3. Multiply the m² per the weeks of rental estimated según the plan of project
4. Apply the price of rental per m² and week (1.50-3.50 €/m²·sem según zone and rate of andamio)
5. Añade cost of montaje and desmontaje (~4 €/m² each operación, certificate per instalador authorized)
6. Verify that the andamio cumple the regulation UNE-EN 12810 and requires plan of montaje to height > 6 m

Common mistakes

• ⚠️ Forget the cost of montaje and desmontaje: can ser to the 40% of the cost total of the rental
• ⚠️ Use andamio without certificación ni project técnico to heights higher is a 6 meters
• ⚠️ Not including proteccion is colectivas: barandillas, rodapiés, red is of safety
• ⚠️ Subestimar the weeks of rental per retrasos in the project
